  • General / OBC / EWS Candidates: ₹600 (Application fee) + ₹100 (Intimation charges) + 18% GST = ₹700 + 18% GST (approximately ₹826)

  • SC / ST / PwBD Candidates: ₹100 (Intimation charges only) + 18% GST (approximately ₹118)

4. Eligibility Criteria (as of July 1, 2025):

  • Nationality:

    • Citizen of India

    • Subject of Nepal or Bhutan

    • Tibetan refugee who came to India before January 1, 1962, with the intention of permanent settlement.

    • Person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.

  • Age Limit:

    • Legal Officer in Grade 'B': 21 to 32 years (Born between July 2, 1993, and July 1, 2004, both dates inclusive).

    • Manager (Technical – Civil) in Grade 'B': 21 to 35 years (Born between July 2, 1990, and July 1, 2004, both dates inclusive).

    • Manager (Technical – Electrical) in Grade 'B': 21 to 35 years (Born between July 2, 1990, and July 1, 2004, both dates inclusive).

    • Assistant Manager (Rajbhasha) in Grade 'A': 21 to 30 years (Born between July 2, 1995, and July 1, 2004, both dates inclusive).

    • Assistant Manager (Protocol & Security) in Grade 'A': 25 to 40 years (Born between July 2, 1985, and July 1, 2000, both dates inclusive).

  • Age Relaxation:

    • OBC: 3 years

    • SC/ST: 5 years

    • PwBD (General/EWS): 10 years

    • PwBD (OBC): 13 years

    • PwBD (SC/ST): 15 years

    • Ex-servicemen (including ECOs/SSCOs): 5 years

    • Candidates with M.Phil. and Ph.D. qualifications may also receive upper age relaxation.

  • Educational Qualification (Post-wise):

    • Legal Officer in Grade 'B': Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) with a minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD) from a UGC & Bar Council-recognized university. Must be enrolled with the Bar Council and have a minimum of 2 years of experience as an Advocate/Law Officer/Law Lecturer post-enrollment.

    • Manager (Technical – Civil) in Grade 'B': Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC/ST if reserved). Minimum 3 years of post-graduation experience in a relevant field with independent responsibility.

    • Manager (Technical – Electrical) in Grade 'B': Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC/ST if reserved). Minimum 3 years of post-graduation experience in planning/designing/execution of electrical systems in large building projects.

    • Assistant Manager (Rajbhasha) in Grade 'A': Second Class Master's Degree in Hindi/Hindi Translation with English at bachelor level OR English with Hindi + PG Diploma in Translation OR Sanskrit/Economics/Commerce with English & Hindi + PG Diploma in Translation OR Master's in English & Hindi (one must be Second1 Class).

    • Assistant Manager (Protocol & Security) in Grade 'A': Minimum 10 years (5 years for PwBD) Commissioned Service in the Army/Navy/Air Force. Must hold a valid Ex-Serviceman ID.
