Educational Qualification:
Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government.
Candidates with professional degrees such as Medical, Engineering, Chartered Accountant, or Cost Accountant are also eligible.

Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience (Post Essential Academic Qualification Experience) as an officer in any Scheduled Commercial Bank or any Regional Rural Bank (listed in the Second Schedule of the Reserve Bank of India) as on April 30, 2025.
Applicants must provide a job profile certified by their existing or previous employer(s).

Local Language Proficiency:
Candidates applying for vacancies in a specific Circle must be proficient (reading, writing, and understanding) in the specified local language of that State.
A language proficiency test will be conducted as part of the selection process. However, candidates who can provide evidence (10th or 12th mark sheet/certificate) showing they studied the specified local language as a subject will be exempt from the language test.

Age Limit (as on April 30, 2025):
Minimum Age: 21 years
Maximum Age: 30 years
(Candidates must have been born between May 01, 1995, and April 30, 2004, both dates inclusive).
Age Relaxation: Applicable as per government rules for reserved categories (SC/ST: 5 years, OBC (NCL): 3 years, PwBD: 10-15 years depending on category, Ex-Servicemen: 5 years).
